NS1.29.12.1 ~ KIN 7
(May 30th, 2017 on the gregorian calendar)
Today we begin a new Month/Moon in the 13-Month, 28-Day lunar~solar~galactic calendar. We start the 12th moon cycle of 28 days out of 13, correlated with the time it takes the Earth to complete 1 orbit around the Sun while the moon completes 13 orbits around the Earth. This period falls only one day short of the 365-day vague year. In order to keep this elegant consistency, the extra day is observed every year as the Day Out of Time.
13 months x 28 days = 364 +1=365
The 13-month, 28-day calendar is an equal standard of measure of natural time.
The 13-month, 28-day calendar has equal units of time measure, equal “months,” or in this particular case 28 days, perfectly equal, 4-week “moons.” This calendar was used by various cultures in prehistory, and it is still used by many cultures today, even dolphins who mark the 28-day cycle on their teeth, and turtles carry the 13 moons on their shells! It is clear that these cultures lived in much greater harmony than what we now know.
If we would simply take the final 365th day at the end of the solar year and place it not in any week or month, as the transition from one solar cycle to the next, the remaining 364 days would divide equally into 13 months of 28 days each, creating a perpetual calendar system. This would place human society, including countless customs and procedures, in resonance with the natural timing of the Moon and with the natural timing of the Sun. This includes the benefit of having thirteen 28-day months synchronized with the 13 orbits of the Moon around Earth each 365-day year.
364 divides by 2, 4, 7, 13, 14, 26, 28, 52, 91, and 182, offering a great deal of optional, mathematical ‘space’ for organization, with many ways to establish periodic regularity, as long as there is a 365th day to rest, celebrate and envision the new coming year.
This day is known as the Day Out of Time / International Peace through Culture Festivals an official holiday in Sao Paolo, Brazil, and in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Day Out of Time is the last day of the 13 Moon/28-day calendar, a day which is no day of the week or month at all, but a day to celebrate our human heritage on Earth and find unity in diversity! It is up to us to co-create the world that we would like to see.
The Day Out of Time is the day to celebrate “TIME IS ART”. And since art is the basis of constructive peace, this day is also celebrated as International Peace through Culture Day.
Peace through culture is a fundamental premise of the 13-Moon, 28-Day calendar. When we celebrate time as art we are co-creating peace through culture.
Day Out of Time is signaled with the presence of the Banner of Peace at the celebrations across more than 80 countries where this “Green Day” is observed. The symbol on this banner signifies the unity of art, science, and spirituality. Since 1935, this has been internationally recognized as an instrument of peace through culture.
“Where there is peace there is culture, where there is culture there is peace.”
– Nicholas Roerich
This day is also marked by ceremonies of universal forgiveness as a way of starting the New Year off on a clean, compassionate footing.
Entering the 30th Sirian New Year
The 13-Moon New Year’s Day occurs on July 26 (Magnetic Moon 1). Why is that? This date was originally correlated to the conjunction of the sun with Sirius rising.
The 13-Month calendar is not just a solar-lunar orbital measure but is coded to galactic timing cycles, most notably the Sirius cycle. Through the 13-moon calendar, human consciousness can enter into galactic consciousness. This coming July 26th, 2017 Magnetic Moon 1, marks the start of the 30th New Sirius Cycle since the inception of the new harmonic standard of time on July 26th, 1987.
“Give the human a harmonious standard of measure and then a harmonious human will walk a harmonious mile. Harmony – that’s what the day of time is all about!”

CALENDAR CHANGE: A BRIDGE BETWEEN WORLDS
By following a calendar that coordinates a society, your conscious reality is, in many ways, influenced by the customs and belief systems of that society. In particular, your conscious reality is largely affected by your perception of time and your perception and understanding of natural cycles in time, or lack thereof. In this simple yet profound way, your very perception of reality is affected by the calendar you choose to use.
Or did you even consciously choose a calendar in the first place? When you begin to realize that you never did, you may then begin to realize that you still have an opportunity to choose one for yourself. But be careful, for it may take you to a place you didn’t know existed, a world coordinated by a different time sensibility, where sensibility comes naturally. Because there are currently countless people in more than 80 countries on Earth, who are, with varying discipline, following a 13-month, 28-day calendar that always begins on Gregorian July 26, there is another world, so to speak, within this Gregorian one. To escape from this Gregorian world in which you have always lived, you would need more than a change of your calendar unless you can get everyone and everything you care about to leave this Gregorian world with you. For us, the large majority who care about humanity and this planet Earth, we can choose to live in both worlds during a transition time of understanding, patience, and free will. For some time, for now, we choose both, calendar cooperation, using two simultaneously, until humanity comes to its senses, in good time.
A World-Bridger’s Guide to Calendar Change
The 13-month, 28-day calendar is a lunar calendar and also a solar calendar of 365 days. Each day of the Gregorian calendar is one and only one day of the 13-month, 28-day calendar, and visa versa, a one-to-one daily correspondence (with the exception of leap day, day 366. This calendar change is concerned with how to group the 365 days of the vague solar year as whole, equal weeks and months.)
As an optional aide, Tim Tussing, Professor of Mathematics @ Ohio State University created a Conversion Table where all 12-month to 13-month correspondences are explained with basic algebra for calculating the 13-month date, knowing the 12-month date, x or y.
May we be the change we wish to see in the world. When we tell someone about an upcoming event, let’s use both dates! If a life event is June 1st, add 2 and also say that it’s Crystal Moon 3. People may look at you like you’re from Mars, but here you are on Earth, tuning in to the Moon and to the Sun, simultaneously. Only by talking this new language, we will be able to learn it and make it a daily reality.
A NEW Way to Co-Operate
Let’s remember that the gregorian calendar is the macro-organizing program that regulates all human activities… It is the OPERATIONAL System of our civilization.
How can we learn to bypass the negative impact that the irregular standard measure of the gregorian calendar has upon our daily interactions and how can we improve our way to operate as individuals and to co-operate within groups and communities around the Earth?
In the 13-Month, 28-Day calendar, each Month/Moon also holds its own special numerical quality as expressed as a cosmology of 13 stages of creation. The 13 moons are a fractal of this Universal 13-stage creative cycle. Under this lens, the vibration of this 12th Month/Moon is Cooperation.
We as Humans have been programmed to be in competition/conflict/slavery, and we need to relearn Cooperation. When we release these programs, we are able to evolve into Cooperation, and when we can cooperate respectfully and creatively we don’t need governments.
The 13-Moon Calendar establishes a new harmonic standard for timekeeping that promotes greater access to our inherent creativity and capacity to live, operate and co-operate in the right relationship with each other and the planet. The conditions for change are ripe, now more than ever. We do not have the luxury to ignore this clarion call. Our lives and the lives of generations yet to come depend upon our willingness to do what must be done. Harmony, balance, and synchronicity are what we have to gain. Adopting a new calendar means a new society and a new way of doing things.
The proactive choice now is to change the calendar yourself. That’s right. The way to change the old paradigm is to begin to live by a timing standard that is a harmonic reflection of the cycles of nature.

“To change how people think we must take a profoundly simple and universal element of everyday life, one in which all everyday thinking is rooted, and change it so radically that the way in which people think will itself be dramatically changed. If you want to know that something has really changed, change the calendar! This is the meaning of the replacement of the Gregorian calendar with the Thirteen Moon Calendar. The calendar change is necessary because, as the pragmatic application of the discovery of the Law of Time, it brings into focus the essence of this discovery: Time is a frequency, the frequency of synchronization. If a calendar does not increase synchronization, it is not performing its highest function. This is the fundamental critique of the Gregorian calendar and of all concepts of time-based solely on physical, third-dimensional astronomical measurements. This discovery is so new and startling that it affects all human thought and is a matter to which all belief systems, religions, and methods of science must be cognizant. Yet nothing, it seems, is more difficult for humanity than to make this change from a manifest disharmony to a manifest harmony.” – José Argüelles – Time and the Technosphere: The Law of Time in Human Affairs
